Tony D'Andrea, CFA

Tony D’Andrea is a senior finance specialist with a long and successful track record assisting mid-market companies in a variety of transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, succession execution, and finance ranging from $3 to $100million in value.

Past work experience has included senior positions with top tier financial firms including 7 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance, nearly 2 years with CWB Maxium Cash Flow Lending Group and 17 years with TD Commercial Bank.  In between, Tony spent 3 years with a boutique M&A firm, Foundation Group.

Tony has a Petroleum Engineering Degree from the University of Alberta, Finance Diploma from NAIT (with distinction) and holds a  CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation.

Over his entire career, Tony D’Andrea has cultivated a strong network of contacts along with the ability to handle complex transactions by paying close attention to detail and the motivations of all the stakeholders.
